Here's a link to the story I wrote today for the Business Courier website about upcoming Cyclones promotions and GM Kristin Ropp's goals for a record-setting attendance year: http://bizj.us/1jnp90

Maybe a nice email to Kristin Ropp to notify her of this is inline?

Totally agree with you Don on this one! Who knows, maybe they have a secret coming up for us. Not holding my breath on it though.

The 2015-16 season marks the 25th anniversary of the arrival of "Cyclones Hockey" in Cincinnati, yet there are no promotions to celebrate a quarter century of the Cyclones brand being part of the Cincinnati sports scene.

Even though it is not the same franchise that began play in 1990-91 at Cincinnati Gardens (this is the third different franchise to use the Cyclones name) and there was a two-year sabbatical without a team on the ice, it's still the 25th anniversary of the birth of Cyclones Hockey in Cincinnati. Seems like a missed opportunity; a chance to rekindle memories, remind and engage people that may not have been to a game in years.
