Agreed. I was about to get onto 71 near at Kenwood and I saw the traffic was not moving on the highway..ate at Wendys then came home. Like Bannerlady said, getting home will be the problem, its already turning into rain/ice/sleet here.
UHM YEAH! I was at school which is normally a 15-20 minute drive for me, and it took me FOUR HOURS to get home! ONE HOUR of that was just getting out of the parking garage! I went the backroads... MLK-MADISON-CAMARGO because the highways were seriously stand still. I'd like to be there tonight, but IMO it was NOT worth taking the chance. I hope everyone that did make it sees a good game, and makes it home safely!
I was looking forward to going tonight but when my bus home went past USBA at about 5:45 p.m. the traffic on Pete Rose Way was at a standstill as far as I could see. There is no way at that time you could ever get into the garage. At that point I decided I would stay safe and enjoy the game from home. Hopefully I can make Friday and Saturday.
No problem getting there OR home tonight. About 10 minutes longer getting there from Beechmont, and on the way home, the Highways were all clear. I buzzed on home. The worst part was keeping the windshield from freezing up. I made it and glad I did!
we had no problem getting there other than waiting for the wife to get home from work. driving on eastern avenue towards the arena was quick because there was no traffic headed to the arena. the drive home was not a problem either. we had to take my son's girlfriend home. the roads weren't that bad then-fish-tailed only once.
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
