| First piece of press I've seen on the team in quite a while. I guess being 30 games over .500 isn't good enough. Gotta get the news on on those Reds off-season signings and Marvin Lewis comments. |

Don't forget-the magic number is for clinching A PLAYOFF SPOT. This doesn't mean clinching
first place so the Trenton loss would mean we couldn't finish BEHIND them. |

| It really makes you wonder where in the hell he gets his info from. All he has to do is look at the standings on echl.com and see that Trenton isn't in second place and that there is no Jamestown. Oh well I guess we should just be happy that there's any news about the Clones at all. I just wish they'd get it right when they do write about them. |

Thanks for writing about the Cincinnati Cyclones, the only WINNING pro sports team in this town. We as Clones fans think it's about time. Do us a favor though, and actually read the stats, and know what the hell you are talking about before you do. Who the hell is Jamestown(It's Johnstown) and since when has Trenton been in second place? (It's Elmira. Trenton is in 5th) Where did you get this information from? A bum out in front of your office knows more than that. Try ECHL.com or even cycloneshockey.com. While media coverage for the Cyclones is good, it would help if the facts given were true. Good try,NOT(actually pathetic), maybe next time....if that ever comes. |

I'm sorry Heckler but my opinion (that and $3.50 gets you a bottle of pop at the game)
is your email may do more harm than good. Any press is a major step up but if we roast
the writer on mistakes too early,they may turn against us or just say "the heck with
it" and ignore us like always.Next time maybe "3 strikes and your out" or 3 bad articles
deserves the wrath of the Heckler  |

| I think Heckler is right for doing it though, because it sucks to have these untrue statements in the paper, seriously, you gotta at least get the facts straight, its not hard to read the standings and copy and paste a teams name. |

The people who follow the team know the errors. The casual fan doesn't know and probably doesn't care but stumbling across an article might prompt them to come to a game and get hooked. We need the press be it accurate or inaccurate. |

Thanks Heckler and CFan for understanding what I meant.I too get so mad when what
little coverage we get is so very wrong it's laughable.Right now only college
basketball and the Cyclones is active in town.Yes the Reds are starting spring
training(yawn) and the Bengals are getting ready for the draft(even bigger yawn),
so why not give us some coverage? |
