Renovating Louisville Gardens, a city-owned concert and sports arena that may include a minor-league hockey team that could play as soon as next year. Cordish would lease The Gardens from Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government, which owns the facility. The arena would continue to host high school basketball games and concerts too small for the city's 22,000-seat planned waterfront downtown arena |

| I know someone that owns a USHL franchise and for the past couple years they have been planning to put the franchise in Louisville at Louisville Gardens when the arena is ready. |

Hockey game,then cross the river and go gambling at Caesars!
Louisville,Indianapolis,Toledo,Fort Wayne,and Evansville would
all be great locations for short road trips here in the Midwest. |
