Great game and great crowd of 9000, biggest of the year and a sell out and then some. I always take the Freeman Ave exit to go get to games which swings around where a lot of the Bengals tailgating goes down and past GAB and Paul Brown. For the first time ever the traffic to get into the USBA garage was backed up all the way around GAB. Seeing the upper bowl full was really reminiscent of the IHL days at "The Crown"!
Great way to end the season with a Wednesday crowd of 2600 and Friday topped off with the biggest crowd in years. As jevers noted in another thread, let's just get them back in the building come April. With all the time they have to advertise it, there should be no doubt that there should be 5000 crowds both April 11th and 12th.

| Does anyone know what happened to Syroczynski? He started the game and then never got a shift after that and wasn't on the bench. I didn't see anything happen to him, so if anyone has a clue please feel free to share. |

he got molested on the bench side boards in typical dirty cheap elmira jackals fashion. I'm sure there was a spear involved and iirc it was our favorite Jackass...Doucet. Anyone else notice how much of a douche he was being out there including the midice hip check well behind the play that the ref looked at but shrugged off.
I loved the crowd but per the usual wanted to grab the mic outta mitts' hands and bash his face in with it, my god that man needs some help.

I didn't see that play, either. I was told that one of the Hackals intentionally went for his knees. Wouldn't surprise me.
Great crowd. Hats off to the Cyclones management for taking the drastic steps (lower ticket prices and aggressive advertising) to right the sinking attendance ship. With tonight's crowd, the Clones averaged over 5000 for their post Jan 1 weekend games-not including the 'blizzard weekend"> |

| I LOVED tonights game. Everyone around seemed to be having a blast! I am worried about Syro as well, he was on crutches after the game... not really someone we can afford losing long term. |

I notice that last night in their shootout lost to DOV and Milwaukee that JM didn't even get a turn in the shootouts. Meanwhile Cedrick lost an overtime shootout (Dov won and Cedrick lost in shootouts ?)so a goalie return might be near also. Last night Cody seemed to be going down to his knees more and not on his butt or stomach & looked so much better. If we could get JM back, that wild spark on offense is the main thing we are missing.I hope Matt's injury wasn't too bad and a few days off can take care of him. |

| Wow what a crowd! It reminded me of the old days even going back to when we played in that other building. If we could just get rid of "hold on, hold on" Mitts and teach people to stay in their seats during the game it would be great. I hope we get that many fans to come to all the playoff games. |

| I didn't see what happened I guess because of those idiot fans who can't sit the hell down. I yelled at 20 different people, but it didn't work. I got tired of it and ended up standing in the end zone for the last half of the game so I could see. Matt on crutches sounds pretty bad. He and Beau both have 2 weeks to get healthy, so hopefully it's nothing serious. I also wouldn't mind seeing Chuck give DD a couple games off. We really can't afford to see him get injured playing what are basically 5 more meaningless games. |

I talked to Syro after the game and........... he goes for an MRI monday he was on cruches last night after the game. He seemed to be in good sprits but he said when he turns his foot one way it hurts. I think he said it might be his MCL(i think he said mcl whatever is in your ankle) he said he wasnt for sure but he said something is clicking together and its not right. He could but weight on in but it hurt he said. So he will get the weekend off with some treatment to the ankle and a mri on monday and two weeks to heal he will be OK thats what he told me. |

| The MCL is one of the ligaments in your knee. I don't know much about ankles though. He can put weight on it so that sounds encouraging. He'll play in the playoffs whether he's completely healed or not, but hopefully he's 100 percent. |

| WHAT A GAME!! Probably the most fun Ive had at a game this season. The best part was getting under Elmira's coaches skin with my big sign. I asked him to sign it after the game and he went off! Since we won this one and seemed like everyone had a good time im sure we'll get a lot of those people back for the playoffs. Cant wait till the 11th! |

| Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) is the most important ligament in the knee. It allows forward, backwards, side to side motion. It is what the Bengals Kenny Irons tears. It destroys careers and season. |
