Okay I know we all are in shock after Wednesday's 2 minute
melt down and last nights blow out, but this is a 7 game series.
If we can win two of three here in Cincinnati, we still have a
chance. It kills me that I have a wedding tonight,so I hope
everyone else can rally them on. My wife and I will be back on
Monday AND Tuesday and maybe we can get the magic back. Lets show
all the local media that we still are alive and kicking.
By the way,my hat is off to the Ducks for their ad with all their
former farmhands now in the playoffs. You won't hear me praise them
much but that was a great move towards their fans.LETS GO CLONES |

this team is NOT the Cyclones i saw against Peoria/Toledo! we need to get the act together fast if we want to win. i can go on and on with the things we need to do. but i believe its best to look at the positives at the moment.
1) keep up that physical prescence we had in Game 3 - it really slowed down AC. they didn't seem so explosive. slowed down the transition game by far.
2) like the more shots on goal of course, BUT... they have to be quality. desperation wrist shot to Stirlings bread basket won't cut it.
also, what do you think about the goalie situation - do we keep in Hamerlik or continue w/ Hewitt? my gut instinct is to keep with Hewitt. he's finally looking human, but i think he can buckle down. Hamerlik kept us in there though, he is looking great. its gonna be interesting to see what happens.
we are down 3 games to 0. but last time i checked, it takes 4 games to win it guys... we are still alive, so lets make something happen! all we can do is cheer the guys on and take it one game at a time. lets go cy-clones!

I won't touch the goalie situation with a 10 foot pole! The one
thing we might have in our favor is AC being cocky and trying to
play to physical.We need to hope the refs will call a fair game and
we play under control. We can't afford to play shorthanded and we
need to find a power play. |

i'm happy we are still seeing hockey here at the end of April. i'm just as psyched about Mondays Game 4 as i was for any game in the Peoria/Toledo series. gotta love playoff hockey...
