Weber has taken a first year team (which was picked to finish at the bottom of the league by "experts") to a game from the Conference Finals.

This year: Brabham Cup. Best Offense in the League. Almost best defense-one goal shy of tying Texas in this category-despite Howells quitting and being forced to trade Miller. A record-setting 17 game winning streak. One victory and one point shy of tying all-time ECHL records.

He can recruit and coach. A Kelly Cup should make his resume too attractive to resist for higher leagues. I hope that he adds what should be the final notch in his ECHL belt in early June.
