Alright after watching this season's offensive meyhem...which 3 would you rather have on the ice...

Daoust, Deharnais, Syro (correct this line if needbe, but thats how i remember it from the first half of the season)

or

Beauregard, Deharnais, Latendresse

Either way, i dont think you can go wrong. Last night, Thomas, David and Oliver went absolutely ape**** on Johnstown :) it was amusing watching them skate circles around them

Uhhhhhhhh....Ky...you may want to qualify your thread topic with a question mark. You haven't played us yet. We have a couple of lines that have given opposing tenders third degree burns ourselves.<wiggling eyebrows>

To Catterguy;the main concern with your team is your head coach! The
job he did for us with a pretty mid level team was unbelievable. If
Weber wasn't here,Cameron would easily be our first choice for a coach.
Texas and Cincinnati played the last part of the year with second level
goalies and never missed a beat. With both teams getting their goalies
back (our best will be here Monday)and AHL returns, the best series could
be the American finals, not the ECHL finals! The worst part of the season for
your team is these will possibly be your last hockey games after this year.
Irony is the best two teams in the ECHL are last and third last in attendance.
As for our best line,I can't wait to see Syro-Ehgoetz-JM as a SECOND LINE!!!!
How about Reynolds-Deitsch-Aubin as a THIRD line!

Agreed!

If the 'Clones can keep J-town in check for the first half of each period, I just don't see how those guys can keep up with us. I guess being over 6'4" and around 220lb+ doesn't work out too well late in the periods, when you're having to chase around Desharnais all over the place.

I really enjoy watching Russell play. Gives 110% every shift. He was FLYING out there tonight.

Had a great time tonight other than the few pissy J-town fans too sour to realize they are in another team's barn. Don't come ring your bells at our house and not expect some good heckling toward your players.

I know I'll catch the "wrath of god" with this comment but LEAVE THE
FREAKIN COW BELLS AT HOME!!!!! The last regular season game I had a
"dedicated Clones fan" who was seeing his FIRST game of the season with
his moldy cow bell ringing it all night long in my ear. Sorry, I will put
up with it for goals ,great saves or even a big hit, but leave it on the
floor when we have a timeout or we just make a line change. How about the
high pitch whistler two inches from your ear after a goal.Hey Heckler,I
bet your sidekicks love your "siren", but it would grow old quick if you
did it for every little bit of action. You show class by doing it for goals
and we love you for that.To an out of town fan-your leash in my book is
extremely long if you make a trip to enemy territory. All I ask is you show
a little class and be a little friendly to the people around you. Yell and
scream all you want for your team, just don't be abusive and for our fans,
cut them some slack also and show OUR class also.

I noticed that too, second period, maybe - he got caught slightly out of position on a breakway (probably a PK) and J-Town got the puck and rushed the other way almost unopposed and Russell was in the middle of it immediately, the kid has some wheels.

Russell does have some awesome acceleration. If Desharnais had the same, then he'd be sure-fire NHL material. Russell has been a very valuable addition to the team. I wasn't so sure about him at first-thought he was just another tiny forward-but he's grown on me.

Cowbells are great. As long as they're being clanged in a section across the ice from me!

I like the idea of splitting up DD and Latendresse. DD and Latendresse are both great playmakers. Bearegard and DD have been clicking all year, so I like them on the same line. Aubin and Latendresse works for me. I like Syro on a line with DD for the 'protection' consideration.

Yeah, so far so good on DD's protection barrier, but I would feel more comfortable with a mob around him :)
