As awful as Monday night was, there is ample reason to not throw in the proverbial towel.
1) The Cyclones have not lost 3 in row all season. Only once did they lose 3 out of 4.
2) Weber juggled the lines to a disasterous result Monday night. That can be undone quite easily.
3) Stupid retaliatory penalties can be eliminated. No rocket science in this.
4) The team that gave up so few odd man rushes can revert to its very judicious 'pinching' strategy by its defensemen. This is a very simple adjustment.
5) The Clones have been subject to physical/intimidation tactics all season. They have been successful all season against this style of play and can be again.
6) The most prolific offensive team in the league has not forgotten how to pass. Last night was a huge aberration. They also have not lost the ability to move the puck into the offensive zone. I think!
7) The Cyclones are acutely aware of how poorly they've performed this series. Many on this team have won championships with other teams. There's alot of 'been there done that' experience on this squad. Including Weber-albeit not as a head coach.
Even Championship teams often stumble on their way to a Title. The Cyclones have certainly stumbled. Right now is their chance to show the mettle required to win a Kelly Cup. It can be done.

I think most of us knew we would not win 16 games in a row...I wished we would be kinda knew that was not going to happen. This is best of 7. 3 of the next 4 are in our building.
Wednesday is a new game.. Take shift by shift, period by period. This series is long from over. Forget about the last 2 games. We will be fine.
As I told my wife and kid, it's now a best of five series and we are down 1-0. Let's get the next two and beat them in Reading on saturday night.
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
