My favorite aunt in the world passed away this morning due to complications from her recent heart surgery. I am leaving for Windsor, Canada in a bit to be with the family and attend Sunday morning's funeral mass. So unfortunately I will not be coming to game one. I predict a six game series, so if they make it that far I will rejoin you guys then.

Sorry. In my family, family comes first, and I must respect that mantra. Root double hard for me.

PS Thanks for letting me spill guts this week. Ignorance is my new policy. You all are right; I should just say screw you to the haters and just have fun watching the game.

GO CLONES!

From a loyal Cyclone fan-I would be more disappointed in you if you
did come to these first games and skipped the funeral.Best wishes to
your family and if you get a chance during the games and you can get
the internet-check the echl.com site for the score. At least maybe we
can put a smile on your face this weekend with a couple of wins.

Sorry also for your loss.
Family does come first (as it should). Been in the same position in the past. And it never gets easier.
