I am jetlagged, I am exhausted, I think I suffered a seizure mid-flight... and now I have a sore throat and im hoarse.... but I think Auntie Mary would have been proud of us tonight. I am glad I came tonight.
bags is right. Lets dedicate this for every Cyclones fan, card carrying or in denial, who has never ever given up on the boys! Lets give this one to the people who are no longer here on Earth, like Mary, who would have a cowbell in one hand, a beer in the other, and a throat capable of spitting venom on every ref who screws us over!
So we lost tonight... BIG DEAL! It is a race to four and it is like Foreman launching a few punches on Mike Tyson before Tyson destroyed him in the eighth round!
Las Vegas... no matter what.... the cup is coming home to Cincinnati, where it belongs!

| That was some real sloppy ref calling tonight. Take downs, high sticking, stick holding, you name it, NO CALLS! You are right! Big deal, we will take them in game five. |

I usually go the other way on this but the stupid non-calls people bitch about makes me wonder if they've ever watched playoff hockey before.
Unless the cyclones can find a way to score more goals even strength they're in trouble. Was an even game and whats his face goalie stood on his head and that happens sometimes he wont be like that all series lol. |

Lets face the hard facts on last night's game-WE lost and Lost Wages won. Yes it would
have been nice to have a few more penalties called and yes they took some liberties on
physical play late,but whose to fault them on what the refs were giving. JM,DD & BE-
the three smallest men on our team-were the only ones really making Lost Wages pay
on the ice.Hey Conrad-were you afraid of hitting someone out there ? Hey Aubin and
Schmidt,why are you letting your 5' teammates do the hitting? Is there something wrong
Gleed that you can't make someone pay for taking out your goalie? We saw Lalande in
Lost Wages and one key to his play-you rarely beat him on the ice-you have to get the
puck two feet off the ice.By the way coach,I would be tempted to measure his legpads-
they look like couch cushions to me.Our biggest mistake was not shooting from outside
but instead packing in.Cedrick was unbelievable and we made Lalande even better.
Lets go out to Lost Wages and take two out of three and make them come back here
and lose in front of our fans.On thing last night did-we now will play hockey in June. |
