| Ok, long story short. I began watching the Cyclones back in the 90's during the Cincinnati Gardens days. I lost interest a bit due to league changes, the arena switch and of course...the hiatus. I attended a few games during the regular season this year and I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed watching this team in the playoffs. I've been to every playoff game but one. I'm a big hockey fan and I'm thrilled the Cyclones are finally getting the coverage that they deserve. They are a talented, classy team led by a dynamic coach in Chuck Weber. I'm a Bengals season ticket holder and I also attend just about every Reds and Bearcats game I can. For years I've also had room in my heart for professional hockey and it's refreshing to see that many others are starting to realize that you can be a major league city but still appreciate and support minor league hockey. |
