what's up with the weak spread in the Hall of Fame? room?
They seriously put out cheese and crackers? Maybe next game they'll have ice water and bread crumbs.
I know this is pretty petty, but last year at least they had hot food and soft drinks. This year it looks like stale pretzels (yes, they were really stale) and $2 plus tax soft drinks filled to the rim with ice.
And the music was great, if you like REALLY slow country music while watching basketball on the TV. So far the new ownership is NOT impressing me.
Some season ticket holder perk. |

I'm in the same boat, the ownership is really dropping the ball on a lot of things. Marketing is lousy (really... who okayed the Elvis commercial?), the Hall of Fame room is a joke, and I'm not entirely sure these folks know Hockey.
About the only perk I'm really enjoying is the free parking. Were it not for that, I think I'd be asking for a refund about now. |

| Plus, no one even screened the people who came to the "room." I felt sorry for the players. There was nothing left by the time they arrived. |

My sentiments exactly. The Elvis thing is an abomination and I heard things weren't too good in the room upstairs. Thank God for free parking. It just doesn't seem the same anymore. I'll keep rooting for the guys but management better get a grip. I wonder if any of them ever read this memo board. If not, someone should tell them to. Just my 2 cents worth. |

Nothing left when they got there??
Heck, there was very little to start with.
They had chips, stale pretzels, tortillas, cheese and crackers. That's less than most restaurants put out for FREE appetizers at happy hour. It looks to me like the Hall of Fame room has become an excuse to get people in the Texas Roadhouse to buy overpriced drinks after the game rather than a season ticket holder benefit. |

Props to the management for having some better grub AND for making sure folks who were supposed to be in the Hall of Fame room were there. And a better effort by the Cyclones players. Especially Casselman. Great all-around effort.
Big props also go out to Brindley, Concannon, Bachusz and Clair. |

I have to concur, everything was 110% better on Saturday night.
My apologies for raising a stink when it appears everything was under control and being planned out.
Great effort in the game by Captain Mike as well. He's really stepped it up a notch so far this year. |
