DAYTON, Ohio - The Dayton Bombers announced that they will wear special military-themed jerseys for their game against first-place Wheeling on Saturday for Military Appreciation Night II.
The Bombers will honor the military personnel from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Springfield Air National Guard.
The jerseys, which were designed by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base employee Denise Baker, will be auctioned following the game and the proceeds will benefit WPAFB Fisher/Nightingale Houses and the Dayton Bombers Foundation.
