It would mean that Matt Dunne and Mark Mills won't be the only ones dribbling in their shorts down there.

What do I think? I think I'm glad I unsubscribed from the USBA mailing list.

What on earth makes them think that a minor league basketball team is going to succeed this time?

They had one, and went belly up after one season. A good number of the people that did show up for both the basketball team and the AFL2 team were Cyclones fans trying to support the arena.

Basketball in this town means UC, XU, UK, Ohio State, Miami, and Indiana. No others need apply. I predict this team will be gone in one year.

Hey Cyclone fans AND MANAGEMENT!!! The $5,$10,$15 prices they plan to
charge would have given the hockey team last year HUGE crowds.Maybe if
the ABA team draws good crowds with these prices, the Clones might be
brought back the following year with some ticket price cuts similar. You
can trot out all the Elvis ads you want, what killed the crowd was the
non-family level ticket prices.Bring back the team with family-friendly
prices.

There could be free tickets and no one would show up. Face it, you won't ever see a Cyclones team on the ice again unless you go watch CAHA.
