My wife and I just came back from Vegas where we watched the
Wranglers play at the Orleans Casino that seats about 8000.My
idea is for Argosy right off 275 or Turfway park to build an
arena under 10000.At Argosy, you could go down to the game and
do a little gambling afterwards if desired. For Argosy,every
1000 people would give around 200 people that would eat or gamble
that day.By the way,your 3200 seat idea is way to small. This would
force management to charge way too much to break even,7500 should
be the smallest. |
