Will tonight's preseason game in Wheeling be broadcast over the internet? I'm interested in hearing Nick's PBP announcing.

No.. I emailed Nick a couple days ago, and he said there will not be any broadcast. He plans to send out plenty of Tweets... (I'll be sure to also replay the info via the Cycward Twitter!)
