Anyone know if our season tickets will be ready for pick-up at the open house? Last year the tickets were not ready and we had to wait for the mailing. Two years ago they were and we found out they were the wrong seats. Within 15 minutes they reprinted our correct seats and everything was great.
I thought we got an email saying they would be available at the pre-season game. If you were not at that then they would mailed to you.
The only two emails I got was the pre-run info for the exhibition game on 9/13/2011 and the latest about the open house received 9/27. That one only says: The public is welcome at U.S. Bank Arena this Thursday, September 29! Fans will have the ability to tour the Cyclones locker room, take a shot on Cyclones broadcaster and one game goalie phenom Nick Brunker, and pick out their seats for the upcoming Cyclones season! The last statement "pick out" doesn't sound like "pick up"!

I received an email from my rep on 9/21 stating the following:
"I alluded to this in a previous email, but if you have your seats paid off by October 3rd you will receive a free ticket to October 8th’s home preseason game. We will match however many season tickets you have with free preseason tickets. For example: if you have 2 24 game mini plans on the season, you will receive 2 free preseason game tickets. The preseason game tickets will be left at the will call window under your names (you will need a photo id to pickup your tickets). The preseason game is scheduled to start at 6:30. The gates will open one hour earlier at 5:30.
We will be handing out your season tickets at our sales booth located behind Section 137 on the concourse during the preseason game. If for some reason you can’t make the preseason game, your tickets will be mailed to your addresses (via courier)."
