Definitely agree on 1, 2, and ESPECIALLY 5. We obviously stole the Thirsty Thursday idea from the Florence Freedom, which isn't a bad thing, but they had sodas available for the buck also. |

Agreed Dannielle! At least when it comes to Deitsch. I must admit, I have been disappointed this year after hating him so much in the UHL last year. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php3?pid=85034 He scored 38 goals! He IS a goal scorer. He was also named Rookie of the Year for the league. Maybe he had a more experienced team around him last year. Maybe he's hit a sophomore slump. We have at least one goal scorer on this team, we just haven't seen the goals from him yet. |

Deitsch apparently had an extremely talented team around him last year, judging by their stats alone and the fact that they won the cup. I think a lot of his goal production this year has to do with who he's been surrounded by. He's only taken 60 SOG, though, while Urquhart and Gajda have 113 and 90, respectively. If only he could cut through the traffic he hits in front of the net and get more shots off I think we'd see a spike in his productivity, seems like he's always running into it.
I definitely think we could see 35 goals outta this guy this season, though.  |
