Looks good, I have heard they are having an "End of the World Party" for the December 21 game. Like always they will kind of add to it without informing us.

yes, what a great way to reward season ticket holders. That'll keep STHs coming for sure. Is this what other ECHL teams do?

I couldn't agree more. This used to be a perk of being a full season ticket holder. Then they introduced the 15min early entry which should allow season ticket holders to get promo items, but only if they can manage to get downtown by 6:15 which isn't always possible. Apparently, the organization heard the season ticket holder complaints about not being guaranteed promo items and decided to charge $50 for something that used to be included. What's next? Seat licenses for full season ticket packages?

Don't forget half of the good promotion items from last year were for
kids only ! Luckily I could buy the Twister doll but my wife and I
would have liked the bank also. Oh well, I've decided to go back to buying
tickets on game days and pass on the season tickets. Still mad about last
year's February overload and not a big Skalde fan either. At the end of
the year, we had missed about 6 games. Do the math and we lost the cost
advantage of season tickets. Gee, I guess I'll have to hit the skalpers
on sell out nights !

A full season ticket is $360. In the grand scheme thats not alot of money at all. Its one of the cheapest season tickets in the league. The extra $50 for the promos is not bad either considering you get so many items. If you're not worried about dont pay for them, its just an option the team is giving people. You can still get them at the game free. It's really hard for minor league teams to stay profitable, so why do so many ticket holders feel they're getting ripped off if anything changes even though we're only paying 1990's money for season tickets? The more revenue the team can create will keep them on stable ground. If the team starts faltering at the gate again, then you will see a return of the all inclusive season ticket perks to draw more people in but does anyone want gauranteed promos and a team struggling to make it? I think they give us plenty of value already. Now if they could just get back into the playoffs...

Then instead of targeting STHs, just raise ticket prices for everyone. I don't see what the big deal is of putting promotion items aside for us. It's not costing them extra-they will still buy the same number of wholesale items. I can't help but feel that they don't reserve them for STHs, cause they already have our money.
