Did anyone else who was able to attend the open house think it was very boring lame and unorganized?
I went with a friend and we were ready to leave 5 mintues after we got there. Althouogh it took cyclones staff 15 minutes to find our rep so we were kind of stuck. |

It was fun for the kids, but the people representing the Cyclones didn't seem to be in it. My kids played hockey for about 2 hrs before we left.
Funny thing the girl at the main gate asked if I had ever been to a Cyclones game before. I said Yes, she then asked have I just been to one game? I said hundreds. I then said I had been a season ticket holder for years, for some reason she quit talking to me. Unprofessional in my opinion. |

Yeah, we got there around 5 and it was boring - and extremely warm. Other than putting the mini-rinks up for the kids to play there was nothing there. Not having any sort of stations/events was a bit of a letdown. Liambas was very talkative and friendly, but nobody else. Skalde and MacDonald were just chatting with eachother and Brunker was talking to some other cyclones people. Even when we got there - there probably werent more than 10 adults - yet none of the people made an attempt to engage and talk and sell the brand.
I figured they would have more players with how many are on the roster. I dont really see how that event would have helped convince people to buy tickets. |

| I agree the Liambas did a great job, but the others need to promote the Cyclones. Skalde did say hi to me in passing, but didn't stop me, and say thanks for coming are you excited about the season? Where you looking to buy tickets etc.. |

She quit talking to you as soon as she figured out she wasn't likely to make any money off you from selling tickets... |
