Here are some photos I took from the Cyclones Classic (at Fountain Square). The lighting was poor (and I don't have the proper lens for these conditions), so I had to shoot in a high ISO, so the photos may be a little grainy/washed out looking.

Great photos! Thanks for sharing.

One of the things I'd like to see is once a month the Cyclones have a post-game meet-and-greet and autograph session with the entire team on the ice. Bring out chairs for each player to sit on and set them up around the boards inside one of the zones and let fans line up for the players they want to get autographs from or photos with rather than the way most teams do it with the players sitting at a table and fans work their way down the line.

With most fans having their own social media pages on Facebook and Twitter, they'd be sharing the photos they're getting with the players with their friends and followers and it's just another way to get the Cyclones in front of people.

also of interest is the ECHL website has about 8 minute video of the recent Reading game taken with a camera on the Refs Helmet. Very different perspective of the game from on the ice--especially watching the teddy bear toss.

Also interesting listening to the chat that goes on between the ref and the players.
