In tonights game, the clones got cheated out of a game they shouldnt have lost! that just showes you that all zebras are morons!!!
also, if you go to echl.com, the standings say we are in the playoffs, is this true?
if so... YAY!!! |

Yeah, it looks like you backed your way into the playoffs with another loss. Apparently, the reason you clinched tonight, was because Dayton beat Reading.

SS from the HG sure is upset at a little slippage by the only team in town, eh? Hmm, some said they were gonna pull the plug by December and slip out under the cover of darkness. They're still here, and still most likely playoff-bound. He'd rather there be no team, I guess.
Unfortunately they did not clinch tonight. It was a glitch in Leaguestat before it fully recorded J-town and Wheeling's wins. I fell for the mistake at first and assumed it was Reading's loss, before checking the math all the way out.
If the Chiefs and Nailers win all of their last 5 games, and if the good guys lose all 5, then the C's and N's would advance. Pretty unlikely, though. The Cyclones only need 1 win to secure their spot.
Still, they would be better off to land up in the top 3 and avoid the preliminary best of three round.
Too bad SS. My mistake on the other board, but you can't gloat just yet. |

Now I didn't go to the game but just looking at the boxscore it looked like the ref was trying to give Cincy the game. If Collins didn't get the short handed goals Cincy might have won.

And ECHL.com took off the "X" for Cincy. You guys still need one point.

Not sure but it looks like we still need that one point to clinch.Both Johnstown
and Wheeling won. Further,what are we doing giving up TWO Shorties in one period.
Even Cedrick needs help on the ice.With everyone coming back we're 0-3 against team
we should be beating.Too many penalties and not getting business done first and that's

Gee, just what this site needed,another Dayton fan to take pot shots at us.

HAHAHAHA. You were not there! The referees were NOT trying to give the Cyclones the game -- QUITE THE OPPOSITE, actually. Cedrick's feet were taken out from under him, net's off, Wheeling scores -- goal counted. Andy Franck pulled an Adam Berkhoel and knocked the net off every time we had a good opportunity.
Also was the delayed penalty call, Cedrick was to the bench, extra attacker on, Reynolds (I think) takes the puck into the zone, a Nailer touches HIM -- NOT THE PUCK -- play's dead, guy goes to the box. Uh, hi, you robbed us of a scoring chance, assholes!
Last night's game was HORRIBLE.
And don't count on seeing Mathieu Aubin on the ice anytime soon, I'd be surprised to see him make another regular season appearance after spending a good 5 min on the ice and seeing him on crutches after the game, not getting around well at all. |
