I thought it was team policy not to give away free tickets.
Silly me - I get confused easily when I am right about things. |

One point of view would argue that the tickets are not free. It is the cost of marketing. They are compensating us, rather than giving us money, for our time, effort and input. Thus, the tickets are a marketing fee.
Shopping malls like to do the same thing. They compensate with either a couple bucks, discount coupons or free services/products.
Anyway, I just thought I would debate for the sake of debating.
Actually, the survey was a very good idea. I can see the wheels spinning and the smoke coming from the collective brain. Someone has their thinking cap on. |

they should have kept their thinking cap on long enough to realize something we realized. |

Hopefully the results of the survey will get back to Kristin & upper management if you all know what I mean. My thought is that they were the ones that suggested this & will they will act on what the fans see as needing improvement.
Hope to see you all Thursday & Friday nights.
On a side note, congrats to Mike Wirrl & the rest of the team for winning last night's game. |
Hockey is life. All the rest is just small stuff.
