Thanks Hakeedude for the proof to the season. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see Coach Weber back next year. However, next year I want the players to know that dumb penalties, lagging play on the ice and less than 100% effort will result in seat time or even a change of scenery(a new club)! As for the power play, what I saw was the two defensemen more worried about protecting against the short- handed breakaway and less about going for the score. Watching opposing teams attack our goal like pit bulls and only Cedrick and the defense willing to take a puck to the body kept us in games. My opinion of the powerplay problem was less passing, more shooting and get out from behing the net ! |

Interesting that home and road percentages are so close.
Also interesting to me that the home team had about 6-7% more power play opportunities than the visitors. Crowd intimidation? |
