i got a call today asking me to pay the balance after i had told my rep to put them on the credit card that i gave them on the order form. but then again i still have steve weber as my rep and he's a jackass.

Matt Coughlin called me on Tues/Weds to get my remaining balance paid in full and I received physical tickets in the mail TODAY!

I received a call from Steve Weber yesterday but we didn't connect. He has been great to us this year. I just left him an email. Hope we get out tickets in time.
