On a great season! The team did better than anyone predicted they would. What has impressed me all year, with minor exceptions, was the way they ground it out and gave 60 minutes of entertaining hockey each game.
Guess I'll save myself some money and buy season tickets for next year---being that we made every home game this year except two.
And congratulations Dayton---hope you go far in the rest of the playoffs.

| they really had a great year. my whole family can't wait till next season. having that been said, does anybody know the contract status of the players? |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Congrats Cyclones on a great season, and rivalry all year from a Bomber STH. Sorry Hakeedude I wasn't the person you were looking for, only other person I know at Dayton in wheelchair doesn't sit in 216. Don't know RL. This was best series I've seen in 30 some years of watching hockey, and it could have gone to either team. We just got the momentum at the right time. |

No, I'm not here to gloat.
Congrats on a great season. The playoff series was the topper of it all. I don't think there will be a better series between two teams for the rest of the playoffs. I look forward to the rivalry again next season.
I met Hakeedude, this year at the final regular season game against Dayton at USBA. I sat right next to he and his son, above the tunnel. He's a pretty cool, laid back guy. I didn't talk to him on the Saturday game. I was really into the game.
Ted, if you've seen me lately at a game, I'm the painted one. Only done it twice so far though. Just look for the red, white, and blue face. That's me.
Again, congrats on a great season Cyclones. |

A great season from the Cyclones. They have nothing to hang their heads about. they were picked to finished 27th out of 28 teams and they went this far in the play-offs. Well done boys well done. TAP TAP TAP. I already have my season tickets for nesxt year. Only owe $60 more and they will be paid in full for the full season. I can't wait to see who we bring back. |

Congrats to the Cyclones on a great season and some exciting hockey. I met some geat fans this season as I started going to games by myself and ended up sitting with the section 60 crew. I will be back next season and cheering right along with them again.
(If they don't mind this annoying N.Y.er sitting with them) |

Thanks to the Cyclones organization, players and fans for a great rivalry this season. There's always a lot of jib-jab, chatter, complaining and teasing between Dayton and Cincinnati fans, but this is what it's all about: http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w218/foetoe_1969/2007BombersCyclones741a.jpg |

| It was a much better season then we really had a right to expect given the late start. Now I hope they will put the proper effort in to keep what worked great and smooth out some of the road bumps hit in this past season so that next season goes even better. I personally think the first step would be an honest survey of season ticket holders that allows a detailed response about what did and did not work. I thank them for a great 2006-07 but the overall experience can be improved and we have a group here that would be extremely happy to help them make 2007-08 even better. |

1st. great season CYCLONES 2nd.how great it was to be at the game with good friends acting like potty-mouth 12 year olds, with fake I D's.I salut the CYCLONES for a great year. 3rd.The on-ice promotions need to get somm ideas from sec.60,and other regulars of the game. 4th. ECHL hockey can thrive on the riverfront,if given really good direction of marketing the team,"every nite should be a party". 5th.Weekday games shoot for the KIDS NITE (it only takes 1 game to hook'm)they have to bring Dad,he drives.Mom taggs along with the daughter,THEN SHE'S HOOKED! 6th.PARKING CAN BE A BITCH!If you get them to a game dont make parking a hassle, and make it CHEAP! 7th.HEY the "banks are coming to the area in only 1 or 3 years now" |

Been quite a while since I have had anything to say. I have had computer problems as of late but here I am once again.
THANK YOU to ALL people involved in bringing the Cyclones back. From the owners, to the players to US...the fans. Every game I ws at was a blast. Whether it was a 5-0 loss or 7-1 win, I made the best of it. My only beef is with the security folks, but hopefully that is taken care of. I had no clue what to expect this season, so ANY success would have been a relief. WOW tho, these guys impressed me. Young, somewhat small, strangers, became idols to me. I know they do not make a bundle out there and I know what it takes to make it as far as these boys have, and that alone is the most impressive part. To do so much for so little at such a young age (for most) makes someone like me look up to them.
So....from The HECKLERFROMHELL(the loud idiot with a mask), his family and friends.....THANK YOU goes out to everyone...and that includes ALL OF YOU reading this. See you all in October!!
THANK YOU!!! |

Heckler-you've got it right on the money! It's so much easier for me to get passionate about people who are passionate about the game- being young and scrappy and trying to move on up. To have players who are willing to stop and talk to my son and who aren't priced right out of fan contact. Only thing I wish is that people stayed longer with one team before being traded.
It will be interesting to see who returns next season. |
