Okay, weird cryptic mail received today. I thought it would be the balance of my season tickets due, minus the unused playoff balance, but instead, it was just a parking pass invoice.
Did anyone else receive this, or was this another infamous USBA SNAFU? |

I just went down and renewed my tickets and bought the parking pass.I have
been waiting to get the word on the parking and they may have just got the
parking details from Hamilton county.June 1st is the deadline for guarantee
of your old seat location.After this that location can be sold to anyone. |

I sent in my deposit with my deposit for playoffs, so I thought the balance was what I received. I paid the full price for the playoff package of course, so I was confused. I hope I get something soon.
The deposit holds my seat doesnt it?
Maybe I will have to find someone at the next Jungle Kat game |

| i received my invoice and it had the playoff balance deducted but parking was included. anyone know if they are requiring parking or am i going to have to lose the next week of my life trying to get a hold of my rep. |

| Mike Jes talked to our rep and he said that the parking info went out to everyone. we're just gonna do it the old fashioned way tho...get off work early and take over gameday's parking for FREE :) |

| i know the info went to everyone, but my invoice states: ticket price + parking = subtotal - unused playoff total = total due. the parking is included in my invoice and i never consented to it. i called my rep and surprise, surprise, he was out of the office and i had to leave a message. |

| i didn't look that closely nor did i purchase any playoff tickets so i dont know how that works out for you then. sorry thought i was being helpful. good luck gettin' ahold of that ticket rep of yours! |

| no problem bebe. i just wanted to clarify what my invoice said, so people take a look at theirs. i called steve, he might get back to me before the beginning of next season. if anyone has a rep that actually does his job and would like to look into this for me it would me much appreciated. |

| I have a question. what if you only owe $60 and don't get it in by June 1st. Can they still sell you seat(s) to someone else? And if they do can you get a refund. Because I will be upset if they are that greedy for $60. I went from half season to full season so they better not sell my seats over $60 |

| Elvis you do not have to pay the $180 that is shows on your statement for parking. If you don't want it, don't pay it, you will not be fined or sent to a collection agency or anything of the sort. I spoke to Matt Coughlan and those were his words. If you have any questions you can call him at x. 391 :-) Sorry NKY fan but I don't have an answer for you. I would hope they wouldn't be that greedy but who knows! |
