As for Flache, that hit was right in front of me and looked good to me. Although, I will agree that he did get his stick up a bit high. The call was borderline. But, more or less, the message was sent, and whoever took the beating on The clones, received that message with a few rights and lefts to the chin.
Either way, The Bombers are no push-over this season. If Starling or any of the other chumps think they're gonna get away scott free this season, they have another thing coming. |

Chuck Weber does not teach his players to be goons. He teaches his players to be professional.
I didn't see Flache's hit that sent whoever (Rogers??) down, so I can't comment on that, but Irish-Baker stood up for his man & for being a small guy like that -- I'll take that kind of stand-up play. That's the kind of team we have had since Weber came to town and I've commended him for that multiple times. No matter who it is who goes down, they stand up for each other & that camaraderie is what you need from a team. They're a team from Day 1 and you can see that.
Starling's a chump? lol. People just think because he's 6'6" that he has to be a goon like every other 6'6" player & he's not. PLUS MINUS BABY! |
