I think it went something like this...
Preds goalie (can't remember which) has flu so they called up Rinne from Milwaukee to back up. Rinne was stuck at the airport (I think they said O'Hare) and never boarded his flight. Dov was in Dayton and was told to turn around and come back, bc Rinne wasn't gonna make it to Preds in time. Flu boy will be backing up from the locker room, I guess with a trash can close.
Coach also mentioned that with a triple header this weekend, someone needs to be here to relieve Dov. Someone that has "good stats" and that Cyclones fans saw last year... |

the only 2 goalies that match the stats that chuck mentioned that we saw last year AND aren't currently on an active roster somewhere are logan koopmans (toledo) and greg naumenko (trenton)

I would have no problem with bringing an old Duck's player
if he can help the team. It's a bonus if a few extra Duck's
fans come down to watch them play also. I can even respect you
wearing your Duck's jersey the way I choose to wear my old
Cyclone's jersey. |

| Don't forget that Naumenko also played a little bit for the Cyclones before as well. I remember some Ducks fans coming out just to see him play for Trenton last year. |
