| halfway through the third period the elmira coach was tossed out of the game. they had a 4-2 lead. i guess he wanted in on the action. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. | I agree that the league should do something about this team.. It seems that this happens every game they play and it takes away from the integrity.. Dont get me wrong, I like a good fight but all these bench clearing line and goalie fights are pointless in the aspect of the game |

If you mean huge fight,do you mine telling me who we have to fight? This team is a
finess team and 9 out of 10 fights have resulted in the Cyclone jersey hitting the
ice first.My hope is we refrain from stupid fights and worry about playing hockey.
The "normal" hockey fights of one on one resulting in at worst 5 minutes each will
please the fight fans, but we don't need Elmira "bench clearers" to go for the goon
crowd or news.Come on ECHL and refs-do your job and hit the Elmiras fast and hard to
keep control and not just "off-setting" calls. |

This is me talking (and talking)-the only problem Hakeedude is the same thing we had
with the Dayton people at times.When you go to their board you open our board up for
retaliation.It's not my board but I prefer Cyclone on Cyclone debates-not Cyclone
on Dayton or Cyclone on Elmira.They seem to turn ugly. |

I see your point Bags, though I do think it is possible to discuss some things without it getting nasty. The Dayton people don't bother me personally, but I can certainly understand not wanting this board to become a shouting match.

i have read the post and looked at the penalty minutes from the game. Hakeedude is right they are nothing but goons. i like to see good physical hockey but the way they play is not hockey. they are just a bunch of thugs looking to fight. to me a fight in hockey is two guys going at it not the whole flippin team with half of them getting tossed. |
