Anyone see Richard Zednick of the Florida Panthers get cut in the neck area by a skate blade? My prayers go out to him for a speedy recovery! Thanks to the medical staff in Buffalo, for both Zednick and Buffalo Bills Kevin Everett. It's a tough year to play sports in Buffalo.

Easily the most gruesome thing on the ice I've seen. That trail of blood on the ice gives me chills.

There's an article in the Enquirer this morning that in essence after surgery he's doing good & that the doctors are ok with how he's doing. It also states that he remembers what happened to him so hopefully there has been no brain damage. It's in the Sports section on page 2.
Hockey is life. All the rest is just small stuff.

I did not even realize that the goalie from Buffalo who had the same type of injury in the 90s is now the Blue Jackets goalie coach.
