South Carolina sets ECHL record with 18th straight win

The South Carolina Stingrays set a new record for the longest winning streak in the ECHL’s 27-year history on Saturday, posting their 18th consecutive victory with a 6-0 win against the Gwinnett Gladiators at the North Charleston Coliseum.
South Carolina’s winning streak breaks the old record of 17, set by the Cincinnati Cyclones from Jan. 13-Feb. 29, 2008.
