| That could be the case, which sometimes gives the players another measure of confidence to play their positions and focus on their roles. Also, Brad is highly skilled and experienced. Though it was for just a few games, he played in the NHL and that level of ability is readily visible at this level. Brad is very compact in his movements, is extremely calm, plays angles well and anticipates the play. When I watch him play, I continue to be surprised that he is mired in AA. But, it just goes to show how competitive and difficult it is to ascend to the highest levels. One thought, though, is that his size may be holding him back. These days, the NHL is in love with huge goalies who can cover a lot of space. In the meantime, let's enjoy his ability whenever we have him. |
