| Turtle Creek requires you to rent a booth for the day. The cost is $30. Anyone else want to help out this Sunday, and rent out a Cyclones Booth? I'm expecting a call from Clones Marketing department today. I'll see if they will throw in some giveaways too. Remember, the more the merrier and the less expensive it is!! |

OK...I just left the offices down at the arena. Sean and Joe asked me to hold off on Turtle Creek for 2 weeks. Reason 1. Not enough time to get it all together. We only have 3 more weekend games left. So we are planning on the weekend of the 15th to set up a booth professionally, with banners and such, and have promotional items to give away. So, we now have two weeks to get something together. We will be pushing Mar 28 and the playoffs. The Cyclones are on board, so lets come up with some great ideas and get a lot of us out there to spread the word. Remember...any printed material has to be approved by the Cyclones. I am also working on Richwood Flea Market. They are also on board.
Also, as far as Fountain Square, it is a public place and we can distribute flyers there. We cannot put any on cars or on walls or poles. But to simple hang out and pass out flyers, WE CAN!!!
Anyone wanna go down on Sunday? It's supposed to be in the 50's. I did the dirty work, so now, WHO WANTS TO HELP??!! |

| Yes, we only have three weekends games left. The club as of late has not had a problem getting people there for weekends. Shouldn't the priority be to fill the seats on the week-day games? |

I might be able to make it down Sunday for a little bit, I am house sitting in West Chester, but I can sacrifice some time to come out and support our clones!
Also, call up some local media, news channel/newspapers, and maybe they will give us some coverage for doing this. |
