Got an office to run tonight, but my spirit will be attending game five tonight... I will rejoin the lot of ya in the next round.
This team needs to bring the same intensity from last night into tonight and take the lead in this series for good. Monday night was embarrassing and we made up for it last night, and the momentum needs to keep going!
LETS DO THIS TONIGHT!

| I'll be there as well. Unfortunately, I'm on my own tonight, I can't get anyone to come with me.... I've been thinking about this game all day. This is about as critical as you can get, without it being game 7. I hope the Clones come to play like they did last night... |

| Unfortunate night we just experienced. Such hard play the first 2 periods then another 3rd period breakdown. Although that penalty was total BS and there is no way Ceddy coulda stopped that shot with the lack of D he was recieving. |

Ticky Tacky call on McElroy.
Good News was that the defense was very solid and didn't get caught on odd man breaks. MacMillan's breakaway was at the end of his penalty.
Bad News is that the offense is completely out of sync. Desharnais has been neutralized and other than Beauregard, there just didn't seem to be any spark.
This is a hideous time to go into a slump. The chips are all on the table now. I hope that my after the game walk around the arena wasn't my last of the season, but, to be frank, I'm not brimming with confidence of a comeback. However, this team has the ability to get it done. I hope that they do. |

| That was an absolutely brutal call. It boggles the mind how a ref can let everything go all period, when both teams had done worse things, only to call that penalty with 4 minutes left in the game. |

| Regardless of the bad call at the end of the game we had how many PP we should have cashed in goals on?? |

| I was actually yelling at the ref early in the 1st period after our 5th power play to just let them play, The bottom line is...was TJ interfering with the reading player...It appeared to me that he was, however just 3 minutes earlier the same could have been called on readings side, should we have cashed in earlier in the 1st yes but I don't want to win with the ticky tacky calls the ref was making, and it it plain unexcusable for the ref to put away his whistle towards the end of the second and not get it back out un til a marginal interference call. The interference infraction had very little to do with any reading scoring opportunity, it wasn't like they were on a breakaway and their player wasn't drug to the ice. it's a shame that we put up with substandard officiating and we need somehow to hold the officials accountable. they cashed in on their power play and we didn't, I'm not feeling any impending doom hoiwever, I think last nights game could have gone either way, stiull surprising me how this team almost got caught by dayton in the regular season and somehow has beome this jaugernaught...talk about a bunch of snowballers! |

I thought overall we played very well, both offense and defense. We ran into a goalie who was incredibly hot last night. Other than that, I felt we dominated them almost the entire game, and that any lapses at the end were due to fatigue, not desire.
Maybe a tendency to fire the puck into Taylor's logo was a problem. Great game to watch, except for the end. |

| It was all my fault...I wore a different jersey from the night before. I would like to think that Taylor was incredibly lucky, he had SEVERAL trickle between his legs only to squirt away from the goal line. I still believe that the Royals are not as good as we are allowing them to be, we are just slumping, and I think the influx of new bodies have disrupted something. This is the same Royals, they are not doing anything exciting, nothing new. I've been unimpressed, I however have seen the "B" clone team, and not the regular season point leaders, i've not seen DD play at his MVP status, I've not seen Weber coach at his Coach of the year abilites. This team would have lost to Johnstown. I'm just calling it like I see it. I'm certainly not willing yet to jump off any buildings, It's certainly possible to have this team find themselves again and win the next 2. |
