Who were the fellows resonsible for the sidewalk corner stencils on and around the square downtown a few weeks ago ,Cyclones Playoff,Kelly Cup etc...?I heard they got caught by the cops.I myself was thought by many to be guilty of this??????
it was the front office staff. they were questioned by the cops b/c the cops thought it was spray paint. They were using some sort of spray chalk that washes off with water (rain) so they didn't press any charges...
