It's been mentioned in some other threads, but the Queen City Steam are playing their last games of the regular season this weekend.
It's at the SportsPlus facility. Puck drop at 7:00pm. Tickets are $5 adults, $3 children.

| We are meeting at Sluggers on Saturday at 4:30 for dinner and hang out before the game. All are welcome to attend. We have been to several Steam games this season and we can get pretty loud. BTW, the Cyclones don't play that night so why not come out and watch some hockey. The team they play (St. Louis) is the best team in the league, having lost only 3 games all year. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. The place will be packed this weekend, both the games and Sluggers, as it is Family Weekend, the weekend where all the players' families come into town for the final weekend of the season. They usually have a get together at Sluggers before the Sat. night game, and then during one of the intermissions (I think the 1st) they bring out each player individually and his family members on the ice.
The Steam have already clinched a playoff berth, but it would be nice to see them beat a team that comes in at 43-3, and take some momentum and confidence into the playoffs. |

We were sitting at the top row down at that end. Not a very good game (lost 6-1) but Sundays game was great. Down 4-1, the Steam came back to hand St. Louis their 4th defeat of the year, 7-5. |

Chris Nelson received a game misconduct for fighting after the whistle so the final shot in the original video was Chris storming off to the locker room. There are two children, equipment volunteers I assume, that were by the bench all evening. They appear incidentally in that shot and the parent found it on youtube and asked for it to be removed. I removed the offending clip from the youtube video and reuploaded.
