Now doe's anyone else's head feel like exploding? Like mine. I will admit, this the most balanced teams I have ever seen in the playoffs. |

what a game. I cant believe they pulled it off. Now hopefully we can win 2 straight and not come out flat like game 2. Lets end this early and advance so we can have a break and not have to put us through the 5 games in 6 day run. Hopefully Mayer is back soon too! |

Where did all that energy come from in the OVT period? The Clones were out skating the Rays. Obviously a terrific game by Smith. What a horrible crowd for a friday night. Looked like less than 1,000.
I hate the B2 feed from Charleston. Hate.

Oh, and I almost forgot. Kudos to Hamel for a well called game. Like the Clones, he also turned up the energy in the overtime period.
Who would have thought that on a night when we only had 5 defensemen, we would shut out SC for 75 minutes? Can't believe that SC has only mustered 4 goals in three games. |

Did they move anyone back to defense from upfront or did they just rotate the five of them? Heroic if they did but will take a toll. Is Josza out for the series? Motherwell was +4 for Bridgeport tonight so he won't be back nor will Cashman. Where will the 6th defenseman come from? The bench is getting awful short. Mayer, Motherwell, Van Gilder, LaCroix, and Cashman all in AHL. Josza, Morehouse, Reynolds hurt. Three college kids playing. Smoke and mirrors!! |

PK often had 3 forwards and 1 defensemen. Hamel said that O'Hanley played something like 50 minutes tonight.
You can't knock the college kids. Ortiz is really fast, Eddy is solid, and Hedinger scored the only goal tonight. They are much better than Fliix Petite and the other college guys we signed for the playoffs last year. I had a bad feeling going into this game, but the Clones played a nice game.
Does anyone know when the AHL teams will set their playoff rosters? Getting one or two of these guys back would be a real boost. |

Both teams played a great game tonight. Playing you guys in this series is like looking in a mirror. Good defense, solid goaltending, and not quite enough offense. The Rays had more scoring chances tonight, but couldn't finish. Of course, they had some help with that.
We'll give it another go tomorrow night. Hopefully Sunday too. ;) |

Attendance: 2354
2354, are you kidding????? Maybe adding the 23 and the 54 together. LOL |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

From the looks of the crowd on B2, I would say that the only way there were 2354 fans is if the only people in attendance were pregnant women carrying twins. |

In the playoffs, a percentage off each ticket goes into the share the players and coaches receive so if South Carolina (or any team) wants to inflate its attendance it costs the franchise money to do so. |

If you've ever been to North Charleston Coliseum, you know the parking lots and main entrance are on the same side as the player's benches. There are usually quite a few more people sitting on that side of the rink. It's also the same side our crappy B-2 camera is on. It's nothing to brag about, but there was definitely a couple thousand people there last night. |

An OT victory is as good as any other victory in the playoffs, so I'll take it. It'd be nice to knock off the defending cup champions so early.
King of the Monkeys, there's something very familiar about your posts. Have you been here before? |

In my opinion O'Hanley has been the catalyst for this teams success so far in the series he has been everywhere. It's good to be back on the boards after the title run and the following summer I couldn't remember my screen name as lame as that is and had to finally check through archives, hope to be on a lot now.

@king_of_the_monkeys
AHL rosters were set back in early March on what they call "Clear Day"
Cashman is expected to be out until Milwaukee is eliminated from the playoffs
Motherwell is expected to be back when the NHL season ends.
Lacroix will hopefully be back soon. Hamilton is getting a few guys healthy but they've also lost a few. FYI, Mayer got the start today for Hamilton.
Mark Van Guilder should be back sooner than later.
All that being said, it's all for not if the boys don't pull off another win. From what i made out from the broadcast, Chuck was rotating 5 D, so I'd rather them just get it done tonight.
