Saw this article from Ft. Wayne. What are the chances of an exhibition game with Ft. Wayne and what would that look like?

Franke said he's also trying to find another opponent for a home exhibition game on Oct. 10 but is having trouble. He talked with Toledo the ECHL, but the Walleye already have three exhibition games. Franke said he may talk with Cincinnati of the ECHL next week after the Cyclones name their new coach.

Just would give them a chance to say "We beat the best of the ECHL".

At this time I think it is a bad idea. Because FTW will just say look we beat the Kelly Cup champs, so the IHL is better!

Interesting that he doesn't mention Kalamazoo!!!!. Think there is still bad blood between ownership groups!!!!!

I agree on all these points. Do the Cyclones have any exhibition games even scheduled?

I wonder what the Toledo front office really said to him?

The Cyclones are @ Wheeling on Friday, Oct. 8. They host the Nailers the following night.

Wasn't there an "exhibition" game between the Walleye and IHL Gems last year at Hara? Anyone go to that? I wonder if it was any good or how it compared between teams.
