I am glad that Coach Weber is signing so many players, but my gosh they are so young! I guess that's a good thing-they'll want to play hard to improve their game & get promoted.
I see now they have signed a trio from college.Scott Reynolds had a big scoring year in college and the other two actually played a little for the San Diego Gulls in the ECHL.I'll take some young mistakes on the ice if it means the players are learning and the effort is 100%.My hope is now the Montreal boys will be serious prospects who don't want to be here-but instead want to show they belong in the AHL!! We don't need any head-cases not serious about moving up,however a smart veteran who is willing to help the other young players while playing the game for the love of it would be welcomed!
I think singing these kids who have played together makes sense since we are basically in the situation of an expansion club. It adds some instant chemestry to the team.
