Former Cincinnati Mighty Ducks goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 23 shots en route to his 17th career NHL shutout to lead the Phoenix Coyotes to a 5-0 victory over the Edmonton Oilers Tuesday night.
The win was the seventh in a row for the Coyotes, who moved into first place in the Pacific Division.
After developing his skills in the AHL in Cincinnati, Bryzgalov has gone on to become one of the best goalies in the world -- and that's a pretty big place. |
