I'll go a step further and say what I've said before again...
In a league where players are constantly changing (for both you AND your opponents) a successful coach MUST be able to adapt and find ways to win with what he has on his bench. I have seen zero evidence that our current coach can do that as we still have the same issues and matchup troubles that we had in the first month. That won't cut it.
This is why I laugh when I hear the "his guys" excuse for Skalde. This is the ECHL, other than a couple of players you'll NEVER have "your guys." You figure out how to win with what you have. Skalde hasn't done that.
And one of the reasons a coach should NEVER say what he said is exactly what happened. Even jokingly, when you suggest you don't know how to beat a team and they embarrass you a few hours later... Yeah. That's not good.
