HEY what is going on with the clones! come on a loss to dayton is bad, but 5-0 GIVE ME A BREAK! someone needs to help weber and that team get back on track

In the Cyclones' defense (and I wasn't at this game), they were facing a goalie with NHL experience that night. This wasn't exactly the same Dayton team that laid down for the Cyclones earlier in the season.
That said, when you look at the Cyclones' last few games, their performance is slipping. Impossible to get inside the players' heads to know why. The positive side is, it's more likely for good teams to have unlucky streaks than it is for bad teams to have lucky streaks to play as well as this team did early on. |

Not the same Bombers team? Not sure what you mean by that. They are definitely much improved but a majority of the players played in both games. LaCosta was in goal for game 1 and Berkhoel played last night. Berhhoel is defintely our #1.
If I were a Cincy fan, I would be more concerened about your defense. Don't forget, Desjardins played in both games.

| Maybe some roster changes would shake things up a bit. Losing five straight and six of the last seven says to me that something needs to change. |

I meant pretty much what you are pointing towards in your post. Dayton has shown progress on putting pieces together and is playing better hockey together as days go by. Cincinnati is, well, not.
I seem to remember seeing Berkhoel play for the Chicago Wolves in Cincinnati a couple years back. He hasn't played much since college, but he looks like an AHL-quality netminder to me.
Defense is definitely an issue with Cincinnati. More specifically, clearing a loose puck out of the defensive zone. And it complicates matters when the dump-and-chase offensive strategy doesn't result in as many quality scoring chances as one might expect with some of the quick players Cincy has. |
