Now that our beloved Cyclones are out of the playoffs, is anyone following the playoff this year? I'm curious how other Cyclones fans are feeling now:
1. Not interested. No Clones, Don't Care. See ya next year. 2. Let me know who won when it's over. 3. F*** the Nailers. I'm rootin' for whoever they play. 4. Go Dean! I'll root for him to win it all with _his_ team. 5. I go to ECHL.com every day and check the standings. 6. I'm going to the finals this year!!! (Wherever they are) 7. This is all Skalde's fault!! 8. Something else.... |

I haven't really been paying attention, but I guess part of me wants to see Greenville hoist the cup.

My personal feeling is that Greenville needs to whomp on both Wheeling AND K-zoo/Reading. I think it'd be sweet for both Jimmy AND Dean to get their name on the Cup 2 years in a row.

| I've been checking the scores every couple days. Go Salmon Kings! Also, I'm not rooting for Greenville, really don't care about the Dean connection. It looks like K-zoo is on the verge of sweeping Reading,so hopefully it will be them and Wheeling in the Conf Finals. |

I've been following it some. I didn't expect Reading to get swept by the KWings. And I'm surprised to see Wheeling has Greenville on the ropes.
In the west, it looks like the top two teams prevailed.
The finals are always interesting to see how the conferences match up. |

| I happened to be in Wheeling Friday night and went to the game. It appears to be a matter of an extremely hot goalie frustrating Greenville. The end of the game melee happened right below me. Guess who threw the first punch? Bushee. |

Well, that was a non-event. Sounds like Alaska just owned, well, everyone this year. It sounds like K-Zoo was outplayed pretty much the whole series. BTW, according to the score sheets their attendance absolutely sucked. Less than 3000 for Kelly Cup finals... wow.
Additionally, welcome to the Chicago Express and bye- bye to Victoria. (What the hell was a Salmon King anyways?) |

Just wait until all the play-offs are done (CHL)....the silly season is about to start. Rumors are flying about some of the teams jumping to the ECHL and some heading to the SPHL while some are going down to the NAHL. Stay tuned. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I've heard rumors that the CHL is having "issues". The CHL has a few great franchises and the rest are just kind of season to season. Should Colorado and Arizona (probably the strongest two franchises)defect to the ECHL the CHL may very well cease to exist. (or Ft. Wayne will create another puppet league)
Colorado set a record in the fact every game the franchise has played at home has been sold out. (about 6000 capacity). |

| Colorado and Ft. Wayne sent out season ticket renewals that said there would be 36 home games. The CHL plays 32 home games and 32 away games. Would be interesting if Colorado wins that championship and then jumps leagues. Bossier-Shreveport is rumored to go to the SPHL. It's just a waiting game now. |

Arizona is a very weak franchise. I doubt the ECHL is interested in going back into the Phoenix area when the Yotes are still there for the time being, and the RoadRunners failed. The reason Ft. Wayne is adverstising 36 home games when they joined the CHL they were promised three extra home games due to losing home games from when the IHL was playing more games than the CHL. I think only Colorado is as the capital to pay the CHL exit fee, and is willing to do so. The exit fee is 1 million per team. |

The Sundogs (Arizona) is actually up in Prescott, well north of the Phoenix area. They've had success on the ice but i'm ignorant of their financial situation.
I wasn't aware of the high exit fee but that may be a moot point if the whole league disappears. |
