| Anyone else bothered during the game tonight by the new electronic boards at both ends of the rink? I sit at one end and it is really bothersome watching the far end with those boards constantly changing while play is on. The colors change and the intensity of the lighting changes. I would think it has to bother the goalies also. Wouldn't nearly be as bad if the changes were made only during a stop of play. No one is going to read them during play anyhow. |

We sit at the end and those new electronic boards were absolutely annoying. We saw them before the game, but thought while the game was playing that they would be stationary. Nope that certainly wasn't the case. I think the Marathon ad was the worst for making your eyes popup.
The other thing I noticed was that anyone sitting in front of the board in front of us had the light shining on them. I wonder for those that sit on the ends near the board how annoying that was? |

| Ideally I would like to see the boards have the time, score, etc while the puck is in play; on a black background of course. during intermissions or other stoppages flash away... |

I hope there is a better plan for that during season play.

I agree with all of you about the boards. They were very annoying to me & I sit in Section 138. Hopefully our goalie will be smart enough to ignore them; maybe it'll throw off other teams/goalies.

I thought I was going to have a damn epileptic seizure last night.
Even on some of the advertisements you can't even see what it says, they are way too bright. Like Mike said, they need to have it with a black background when the puck is in play. |

| The new signs were very annoying from our seats I hate to imagine what kind of distraction they might be changing rapidly as the players are trying to line up a quick a shot on goal or is it possible for the sign on the opposite end to be a distract for the goalie when trying to see the puck to stop it. |
