Cincinnati:
Add Brian Foster, G assigned from San Antonio (AHL) by Florida (NHL)
Delete Anthony Luciani, F transferred to the 21-day IR
Delete Michael Pelech, F loaned to Norfolk (AHL)
Delete Chris Reed, D placed on the 7-day IR

| @cycfanforever - There is roster room for a third goalie right now and Foster is only expected to be here for the duration of the NHL All Star break, so why not. |
