| The Queen City Steam will host their 1st ever home play-off series on March 16th, 17th, and 18th (if necessary) against the Michigan Mountain Cats at SportsPlus. Game times are 7:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 1:00 (Sunday if necessary). No Cyclones home games that weekend, so if you need a hockey fix, come on out and cheer them on to the next round. |

| The Steam move on to the next round with a 7-2 win Saturday night to take the series 2 games to none. Next up is a 3 game series in Toilet-o (Toledo). Thanks to those few who came out to cheer them on to victory. This could have been the only play-off hockey in this city. |

| The Queen City Steam's season ended abruptly on Sunday following a 6-4 lose to Toledo, losing the series 2 games to 1. Queen City won game 1 4-2, lost game 2 5-1, and game 3 6-4. Many thanks to the Queen City Steam for letting me be the P.A. announcer for the past season. I plan on doing it again next season. And thanks to the many fans and parents who made the trip to Toledo. |
