I've seen the new mascot and it's AWESOME!!!! It will be unveiled opening night in a very special manner. You won't want to miss it! Cya then.

I loved the new mascot......very appropriate I thought. Better than something that has nothing to do with the Cyclones. What did everyone else think?

By the way, did everyone see those adorable 'cozzie's' (sp) for bottles that looked like a jersey in the souvenir booth? I bought them for my family and they loved them! Very cute!

I'm just curious.......what would you have rather the mascot be? What else would be appropriate for a team with the name of Cyclones? A pig? A cow? Those were two of the other ideas. My person opinion is that it makes no difference if "it" can skate as long as it entertains...especially the kids.

I just found out that Twister can skate. I just missed that. The concept is fine, just didn't think he(?) was very much fun.
