The Cyclones logo received honorable mention in this hockey blog as one of the all-time best logos in ECHL history.

The Orlando logo is absolutely horrible... and so is South Carolina. I actually prefer their older logo over the newer one. That new Stingray is just, well... boring.
Florida Everblades is a fantastic logo, and so is Wheeling's. I thought the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies was a good one too. They weren't around long but the Texas Wildcatters had a nice touch as well.
I don't know who I'd put in my top 5, but I sure as heck know any team that isn't creative enough to go beyond just spelling out their city or team name is automatically disqualified! Ahem, Greensboro. |

| Agree on Orlando being horrible. The name, logo and colors are just so bad. My top 5 ECHL logos would be the current Cyclones, Johnstown, Utah, Augusta and Wheeling. The Ontario and Reading logos are good too. The worst ones I've seen would have to be Mississipi, Phoenix and Orlando. |

Did the Macon Whoopie ever play in the ECHL?
Best team name and logo in the history of hockey.

Yes, I grew up playing hockey... In Alabama. |

They actually managed to sneak a bird and a bee into the logo. Pure comic genius!
